We are a London-based interior and architecture design studio that was established in 2019. We specialise in private residential, retail and commercial spaces. We pride ourselves in creating exceptional spaces and designs, are capable of creating limitless designs and have earned experience in the spaces which we work in. D.three places equal emphasis on conceptualisation, implementation and budgetary constraints. 

 

The studio is built on three integral services that we provide in order to execute each project. We are able to draw, design and develop, hence our name: D.three. We can do all three services for your project or just one or two.

Draw

Our technical design and drafting recognises the importance of transforming conceptual designs, with intricate detail, into working drawings. Every space is developed and carefully designed with elevations and sketches, ensuring that a conceptual design will be able to be brought to life in later stages of the project. We are proficient in our ability to optimise existing and new interiors. We are also able to transform our clients' layouts with the use of space planning and rearranging the flow, positions and arrangement of their interior. This planning and insight can then be transformed into technical drawings that can be used for tenders and construction packages.

Design

No matter how unique or challenging, we are able to alter spaces to suit the intricate requirements of each of our clients. From the unique cut of a piece of marble, to the handles on every door and cupboard, we ensure that everything is considered. We aim to deliver designs that are functional and sophisticated, transforming your brief into a space that is aesthetically pleasing and practical. We are able to design all material finishes and furniture and offer our clients bespoke joinery, lighting and colour palettes.

We give our clients' briefs a narrative and bring the ideas to life. This is where we take the initial design and execute it - turning dreams into a reality. We ensure that all our projects are expertly managed and that all the work is carried out to exacting standards. The whole process is always managed with the client in mind and we ensure that we protect their investments from start to finish.
