D.three did a full renovation on the reception area of Picton Place - the foyer of a high end residential building. The client gave specific requests on the types of finishes that were needed and we ensured that all their needs were fulfilled. The clients' needs form the basis of many of our designs, as we believe that our clients should get exactly what they pay for. Panelling was used on the walls to give a luxe effect and this finish was run throughout the space. The patterns on the floor link up with the lines on the panels and there is a large play on parallel and perpendicular lines in the design. D.three managed suppliers and designed and sourced all furniture and fixtures. We managed the site, builders and oversaw the entire project from start to finish.
